About the Opportunity As a Software Project Manager, you will lead and manage the development of software-based medical devices, working closely with teams across multiple time zones. Your role will be critical in establishing project management discipline, ensuring smooth project execution, and driving continuous improvement across the local and global teams. This is a newly created role that offers the opportunity to shape processes and ensure successful product releases. Duties Manage software projects from inception to release. Coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones. Oversee Jira ticket review, triage, and closure. Facilitate Agile product development processes. Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle processes. Monitor and report project scope, schedule, and budget. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency. Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar. Experience managing software development projects is essential. Experience working within the medical device industry would be highly advantageous. Excellent knowledge of project management principals and best practice. Expertise in Agile software development methodologies. Strong understanding of end-to-end software development would be advantageous. Proficiency in Jira or similar tools Strong communication and leadership skills.
