About the opportunity
Our client is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join the team on a casual 12 month contract basis. This role is essential in providing admin support for a critical study, with responsibilities divided between supporting the Site Support Operations team (SSO) and the Patient Access, Governance, and Evidence Generation (PAGE) team. This position offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates looking to gain entry into the pharmaceutical industry.

Duties
  • Provide admin support to the SSO and PAGE teams.
  • Order stationery and any other materials required for the study.
  • Coordinate and book travel for the teams.
  • Assist with record-keeping, document uploading, and ensuring adherence to SOPs.
  • Utilise AI tools for organising meetings and agendas.
  • Other ad hoc admin tasks as required.
Skills and Experience
  • Ideal candidate is a recent graduate, especially with a degree in pharmacy (or similar) and/ or experience working in a pharmacy.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, Word, and OneNote.
  • Eager to learn, with the ability to propose solutions independently and collaborate effectively.
