About the Opportunity...
Take on a variety of administrative tasks to support the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing...
- Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly filing (handling up to 12kg boxes)
- Uniform ordering/ distribution
- Handle daily invoices
- Process requests through system and maintain records in the portal
- Maintain locker key register and update staff supervisor lists
- Prepare new starter packs
- Support data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with ad hoc tasks such as printing labels, laminating, and creating public holiday letters
- Coordinate team recognition with monthly shout-outs
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to lift and transfer filing boxes up to 12kg
- Flexible, proactive, and customer-centric approach
