About the Opportunity...
Take on a variety of administrative tasks to support the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing...
  • Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly filing (handling up to 12kg boxes)
  • Uniform ordering/ distribution
  • Handle daily invoices
  • Process requests through system and maintain records in the portal
  • Maintain locker key register and update staff supervisor lists
  • Prepare new starter packs
  • Support data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks such as printing labels, laminating, and creating public holiday letters
  • Coordinate team recognition with monthly shout-outs
What you'll need...
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • High attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to lift and transfer filing boxes up to 12kg
  • Flexible, proactive, and customer-centric approach
