About the opportunity
Reporting to the General Manager AUS, you will have P&L responsibilities, and will be responsible for building and managing a team of sales and marketers nationally. With the vision of changing the healthcare system to advance patient outcomes, you will be accountable for launching the company’s Neuroscience portfolio into Australia.
Your highly entrepreneurial and strategic approach, together with the ability to roll up the sleeves and execute, will be the key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Neuroscience landscape in Australia, covering diagnosis, treatment, and patient needs

  • Recruit and lead a diverse team to improve outcomes for patients

  • Adopt a performance-driven culture for effective patient outreach

  • Engage with stakeholders and advocate for policies

  • Drive the launch of the Neuroscience portfolio in Australia, with a focus on achieving patient goals and revenue targets

  • Lead external engagement with key stakeholders


Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Science, Business, Nursing, or related discipline is essential

  • Pharmaceutical sales leadership experience

  • Superior strategic planning skills, including, customer insights, patient journey, segmentation, positioning, branding, messaging, results monitoring

  • Product launch experience in Australia

  • Possess drive, and grit to shape and change the Australian healthcare landscape

  • An independent thinker who is confident in their decisions

  • Neuroscience experience – preferred, not essential

  • Flexibility to travel nationally
