About the opportunity:
As a Capability and Development Partner, you will lead the development and implementation of effective capability development processes, learning experiences, and mandatory training programs. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Capability, you will play a crucial role in fostering a coaching culture within the organisation, ensuring managers are equipped to develop their teams effectively. This position is vital to our strategic initiatives, impacting both our staff's professional growth and our service delivery excellence.

Duties:

  • Design and deliver capability development programs

  • Source and develop learning content

  • Facilitate high-impact training and coaching sessions

  • Manage LMS operations and ensure compliance

  • Promote leadership and cultural alignment within the organisation


Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Experience in learning and development

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles
