This Cardiology Clinic provides regional support to Regional Locations in South Australia. As part of their patient mix, the doctors give access to patients in regional communities. Owing to the demand for their services, the clinic is seeking an experienced Cardiac Sonographer for a Fly-In, Fly-Out (FIFO) position in a stunning coastal town. This role offers flexibility with scheduling, allowing for a negotiable arrangement to suit both personal and professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Trans-thoracic Echo cardiograms (TTE), including standard echo and stress echo.
- Use GE Vivid Q machines to conduct high-quality cardiac imaging.
- Produce preliminary reports and contribute to the overall patient management.
- Work closely with the cardiovascular team to ensure smooth patient care.
- Accredited qualifications as a Cardiac Sonographer.
- Proficiency in performing TTE, stress echo, and preliminary reporting.
- Previous experience using GE Vivid Q or similar echocardiography equipment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel in a FIFO capacity to Eyre Peninsula.
