The Practice  

The Clinic is a specialized cardiology clinic dedicated to providing advanced cardiac care through a comprehensive approach to diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of heart conditions. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology and led by a team of experienced cardiologists, The practice  offers a full range of cardiac services, from non-invasive tests like echo-cardiograms, stress tests, and ECGs to more complex procedures tailored to address diverse cardiovascular needs. Known for its patient-centered focus, this clinic emphasises personalised care, integrating evidence-based practices and compassionate support to ensure optimal outcomes for each patient. The clinic is committed to advancing heart health in the community, with a strong emphasis on preventative care and early intervention.

The Position 

With growth and expansion plans underway, this integrated medical specialist clinic is seeking an  experienced and compassionate Cardiologist(s) to join the team and deliver outstanding clinical care to patients with a variety of cardiovascular conditions. The successful candidate will work closely with other cardiologists and support staff to perform and interpret a wide range of diagnostic tests, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide high-quality follow-up care. This role offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours in a supportive, well-equipped private practice setting.


Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a range of cardiovascular diseases and conditions.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, including echo-cardiograms, stress tests, ECGs, and other cardiovascular assessments.
  • Develop individualised care plans, focusing on both treatment and preventative care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses, technicians, and other specialists, to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Provide patient education on heart health, risk factors, and lifestyle management to encourage preventative care.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in cardiology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic.
Qualifications
  • Medical degree with specialisation in Cardiology (FRACP or equivalent recognised qualifications).
  • Current and unrestricted medical registration.
  • Sites available if under a Moratorium 
  • Strong clinical skills, with experience in both non-invasive and invasive procedures preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in line with evidence-based practices.
