About the opportunity...
The company is seeking a dedicated Clinical Support Coordinator to join their Sydney office. In this role, the successful candidate will support Clinical Response Counsellors by managing both urgent and non-urgent critical incident requests. This position is crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of services and maintaining high standards of care.

What you'll be doing...
  • Coordinate resourcing for critical incident and onsite support services, ensuring the best clinician is matched to each request.
  • Manage clinical diaries to meet service needs.
  • Handle critical incident and onsite requests, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with clinical response counsellors and customers to meet service levels.
  • Record all critical incident and onsite support requests accurately.
  • Track and following up on cases, ensuring continued support and proper documentation.
  • Assist with critical incident reports and provide insights to the clinical response counsellors.
  • Support associates with process and procedure queries related to critical incident and onsite services.
  • Manage online booking system calendars.
  • Prepare end-of-month reports and ensure all activities and registrations are correctly recorded.
Skills and Experience...
  • Proven experience in project coordination and administrative support.
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare-related environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly intermediate Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with case management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle queries in a professional, empathetic and confidential manor.
