About the company
A dedicated, multi-site, private Clinical Trials network conducting trials across a broad therapeutic range from all Phases. 

About the opportunity
Seeking a Clinical Site Director to join a growing team at a new clinical research site in VIC. The primary focus of this role is to ensure the efficient operation of all site activities in line with quality standards, regulations, and guidelines. You will oversee the Clinical Team, ensuring patient safety and the delivery of clinical study endpoints, while contributing to the site's growth and success.

Duties
  • Ensure the delivery of clinical studies meets client endpoints (quality standards, enrolment targets, timelines)
  • Train staff on quality requirements and ensure compliance with protocols
  • Facilitate and represent the site at study-related meetings
  • Run regular site meetings and ensure reporting requirements are met
  • Assist with participant recruitment efforts on-site
  • Manage team rosters to optimize patient visits
  • Foster relationships with internal departments, local medical centers, sponsors, and hospitals
  • Represent operations in internal discussions for study feasibility
  • Contribute to business process improvements and the corporate strategy
Skills and Experience
  • Prior experience in a similar role within pharmaceutical-related clinical research trials
  • Medicall Qualified (MD, M.B.B.S, Bachlor of Medicine)
  • Strong leadership skills in multidisciplinary team settings
  • Knowledge of clinical governance, ICH-GCP requirements, and patient safety
  • Ability to maintain relationships with site managers, leadership teams, and external stakeholders
  • Experience in setting and managing site operations budgets
