About the role...
This is an exciting role for a Commercial Operations Associate to support the business’s back end processes and manage relationships with third-party suppliers. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle backend administrative processes to ensure the smooth operation of various support functions. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, making this a critical business position.

What you'll be doing...
  • Manage relationships with third party suppliers, contracts, and documentation
  • Update systems, process purchase requisitions, and manage invoice payments
  • Support indirect purchasing from requisition to payment, including supplier creation
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable team with any escalations
  • Handle monthly validation and invoicing
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective admin support
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing suggestions and feedback
  • Ad hoc tasks as required
What you need...
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and confident using various systems
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
  • Medical Device or similar industry experience
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work autonomously, and excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible and adaptable, with good problem-solving skills
