As a Compliance Analyst, you will support the day-to-day operational compliance needs across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting directly to the Director of Compliance, you’ll help maintain a best-in-class program, execute compliance training, and assist with quarterly monitoring and reporting. This role has emerged to support growing advisory needs by taking ownership of operational tasks.

Duties
- Maintain compliance documents, procedures, and policies
- Coordinate training across internal teams
- Manage compliance logs, track deviations, and support investigations
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Provide operational support for transparency and advisory forums
- Help drive a culture of ethics, integrity, and continuous improvement
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Science, Law, Health or similar preferred)
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
- Interest in compliance, healthcare, or governance
- Excellent communication skills
