About the Opportunity...
You will play a key role in managing the day-to-day aspects of contracts, tenders, and pricing within the Commercial Excellence division. Ensure seamless tender submissions, manage contracts, and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects that support both the organization’s goals and the needs of its healthcare partners.

Duties...
  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of tender submissions
  • Manage contracts, from initiation through to completion
  • Implement negotiation strategies to optimize contract outcomes
  • Conduct pricing reviews and manage pricing data to meet business targets
  • Ensure compliance by monitoring and reporting on contract performance
  • Build strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Government Health stakeholders
Skills and Experience...
  • Experience in Contract & Tender Management
  • Must have MedTech/ Medical Devices industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Intermediate to Advanced)
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage time effectively
