The Clinic 

This clinic is a successfully run practice.  The medical imaging service provider has been in operations for more than a decade.  The clinic is dedicated to providing much needed ultrasound and imaging There is a chance to take part in providing support to an established clinic and be involved in assisting with the practice setting up a  brand-new imaging service, supported by a dedicated team of clinicians.

About the Role
  • Position: Full-Time and locum CT Radiographer opportunity available to commence in January, 2025
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
  • Leave Entitlement: 5 weeks of annual leave
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform General X-ray, DEXA, and CT imaging (including contrast procedures) in a private clinic setting.
  • Confidently work independently, especially as this role begins as a sole radiographer position.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of health professionals.
  • Cannulate patients for contrast CT procedures.
  • Operate GE scanners (experience with GE equipment is desirable but not essential).
  • Provide supervision and training to junior radiography staff if required.
What You’ll Need
  • Current licences and accreditation certificates to practice in Queensland.
  • Competence in performing contrast CTs and cannulation.
  • Previous private practice experience is an advantage.
  • Current CPR certificate (preferred).
  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
