About the Opportunity Our client is looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Representative to continue delivering exceptional support to their clients and consumers across Victoria.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer service experience through various contact channels, providing fast and effective solutions to customer needs, managing the end-to-end engagement process, and driving customer satisfaction and profit growth.
Responsibilities
Coordinate shipping orders from VIC to NSW.
Assist customers with all service requests, product queries, and related opportunities.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing end-to-end follow-up on requests and coordinating with relevant departments to resolve inquiries.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and webchat interactions with customers on a daily basis.
Accurately document all customer interactions in the Customer Relationship System, creating tasks for assignments, follow-ups, notes, or resolution.
Research and share information with customers, peers, and management to answer inquiries and improve service.
Develop in-depth knowledge of products and procedures to provide accurate information.
Identify potential cross-selling opportunities and forward them to the appropriate sales team member.
Skills and Experience
Relevant experience in customer service, support, or customer experience roles, preferably in healthcare or medical devices.
Experience using SAP and Masterpack Software.
Passionate about customer service, with a genuine people-oriented approach.
Ability to build trust, rapport, and empathy with customers, providing a superior customer care experience.
Strong problem-solving skills, focusing on customer needs and delivering solution-based assistance.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Technologically savvy, with the ability to think agilely and continuously learn.
Proficient in CRM systems and the MS Office Suite, including Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
