About the Opportunity:
As the Customer Services and Inventory Manager, you will lead daily operations, ensuring efficient customer order processing, maintaining optimal stock levels, and coordinating distribution activities. This role is pivotal in delivering high standards of service and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Duties:
Ensure cost-effective operations
Formulate strategic and operational objectives
Manage budgets and forecasts
Compile and analyse reports
Lead, engage, and motivate the team
Maintain positive interdepartmental relationships
Implement company’s order processing guidelines
Monitor inventory levels and logistics costs
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Review and enhance workflow processes
Handle ad hoc duties and projects
Skills and Experience:
Tertiary qualifications in supply chain, medical science or business
Minimum 5 years operational management experience, including inventory and customer service.
Experience working within the pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare industry is required.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
Demonstrated project management experience
Team management experience.
Analytical with experience using ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of quality and regulations within the healthcare industry.
Excellent problem solving and customer-centric.
