About the Opportunity:
Opportunity for a Data Analyst to play a crucial part in the timely response to data queries from clients, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. This role involves working closely with the Business Development team, the Medical Advisor, and clients to manipulate complex databases, create custom statistical analyses, and contribute to evidence generation projects.
Duties:
Engage with clients for urgent data queries (3-4 per day)
Utilize SQL and Python to manipulate data and create custom statistical analyses (e.g., KM curves).
Collaborate with medical advisor and BD to respond to queries, ensuring clarity of communication.
Prioritize and manage workload, understanding different teams' perspectives and requirements.
Contribute to evidence generation projects, with the opportunity to lead projects in the future.
Skills and Experience:
Must have:
2-3 years of experience in data analytics with oncology/genomic data
Proficiency in querying complex databases using SQL.
Experience using Python/R for data manipulation and custom statistical analyses.
Professional communication skills.
Knowledge of oncology, genomics and related disease processes.
