About the Opportunity... Play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of the business. Supporting the CEO, General Manager of Operations, and Business Operations Manager, this position combines administrative excellence, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Duties
Provide administrative and clerical support to senior leaders.
Manage and action operational and project management meetings, including minute-taking.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports for key stakeholders.
Assist with individual projects and initiatives as required.
Produce regular reports and manage email correspondence for the CEO.
Support product launches, campaigns, and conference preparation.
Facilitate Executive Leadership Team and Board meetings.
Reconcile monthly expenses for the CEO.
Skills and Experience...
Proven experience in roles such as EA, Admin Support, or Office Administrator.
Professional approach with the ability to handle confidential information.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Resilient and adaptable under pressure.
