About the opportunity...
As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the sales reporting process, calculating rebates and incentives, financial planning and analysis of budgets. You will be responsible for fulfilling ad-hoc requests and providing insightful analysis by product portfolio and customer, aiding in the forecasting and budgeting process from a sales perspective. Additionally, you will prepare analytical reports, for example KPI's and overall performance evaluation. This role will also involve active participation in the quarterly forecast cycle, contributing to the organisation's continued success. What you'll be doing...

- Perform Incentive accrual and Incentive payment calculations
- Ad hoc requests – analysis & reporting
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage large data sets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform well and work in a busy, fast paced environment
