About the Opportunity...
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead and manage financial operations in a dynamic, multinational environment. The role focuses on financial planning, reporting, compliance, and team development while driving business performance and operational efficiency.

Duties...

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in line with GAAP/IFRS/USGAAP standards.
• Manage financial systems, including cash management, accounts payable, receivable, and credit control.
• Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide insightful analytics to guide senior management on business performance and strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting principles and trade regulations.
• Collaborate with supply chain and regulatory teams to optimize inventory levels and avoid business disruptions.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

Skills and Experience...

• Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience in financial control within a multinational, customer-oriented organisation (FP&A experience is advantageous).
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools.
• A proactive and innovative mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
