  • 70% of billings or $170 per hour guarantee for first 3 months
  • Potential earnings: $450k+ per annum (full-time equivalent)

  • Standard consult fees: $95 (Mon-Fri) with increases for weekends
  • 85% of patients pay out-of-pocket fees
  • Opportunity to inherit patient base from departing doctors
  • Weekend rotations (1 in 6) optional, not mandatory

  • 11,000 active patients
  • 4 consultation rooms, 1 treatment room
  • 1 full-time equivalent nurse daily, 1 nurse on Saturdays
  • Onsite pathology, physiotherapy, chiropractic, dietetics, and psychology services
  • Best Practice software
  • Accredited practice with teaching opportunities
  • Operating hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm and half days Sat and Sun
  • Established 6 years ago, privately owned and operated by a doctor
