Female patient base: Inherit a strong patient base to support 4- 5 patients per hour consistently. Will cater to a female practitioner interested in shifting to a mixed- private billing environment.
 
Prime Location: Refurbished facility only 15 minutes from both Blacktown and Penrith CBDs. This roster will work around you and your needs.
 
Desirable patient base: Patients that are interested in investing in their health. Patient consults longer than 5 min attract a $160 fee.
 
Clinical bandwidth: Would suit a GP with interests in female health, paediatrics, work cover, preventative and lifestyle medicine.
 
Remuneration: Doctors are offered 75% of billings with a $180 per hour guarantee for 3 months. Currently Doctors are earning $17,000+ per fortnight on a 0.8FTE.
 
Outstanding facilities: Conference room, peaceful break room, 2 bed treatment room, soft furnishings and calming lights.
 
Administrative and operational support: Operations manager whose sole focus is to develop a better level of efficiency for the GPs onsite.
