About the opportunity
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to collaborate and partner with the HR team to support across all aspects of the function, assisting leaders and employees with HR queries. You will also be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of HR processes from onboarding and recruitment to employee lifecycle management.
Duties
- Recruitment support across handling prescreening, scheduling interviews, and providing administrative assistance.
- Manage the full onboarding process, including contract generation, employment checks, and preparing induction materials.
- Oversee employee lifecycle activities, such as new hires, position changes, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist with HR queries, providing resolutions to issues, and supporting the HR team and management with various administrative tasks and HR projects.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience with HRIS systems, Workday experience being essential.
- Knowledge of labor relations and employment laws, including the Fair Work Act.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
