As a Software Project Manager, you will lead and manage the development of software-based medical devices, working closely with teams across multiple time zones. Duties
- Manage software projects from inception to release.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Oversee Jira ticket review, triage, and closure.
- Facilitate Agile product development processes.
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle processes.
- Monitor and report project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Experience managing software development projects is essential.
- Experience working within the medical device industry would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of project management principals and best practice.
- Expertise in Agile software development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end software development would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel interstate and internationally.
