About the opportunity:
A 10 month Legal Counsel and ERC Associate Contract, you will provide crucial legal support to various business units. Reporting to the Director of Legal and Ethics, Risk & Compliance, you will manage contractual negotiations and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This role is integral in ensuring optimal positioning for the company in improving access to healthcare.

Duties:

• Provide legal support in contractual negotiations

• Draft and review commercial contracts

• Advise management on contract-related risks and opportunities

• Collaborate with stakeholders

• Contribute to the development of legal policies

Skills and Experience:

• 4-6 years PQE in-house healthcare or top-tier law firm

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills
