About the Opportunity

This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of the loan kit team. You will manage the day-to-day workflow of the loan kits team, ensuring all kits are complete, functional, and delivered on time. You’ll also play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while driving team performance in a high-pressure environment.
Duties

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the loan kit team.
• Ensure loan kits are complete and meet required standards before dispatch.
• Communicate effectively with sales teams and hospital staff to manage expectations.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Skills and Experience

• Leadership experience and the ability to motivate teams in a pressured environment is essential.
• Experience working with medical loan sets is essential. 
• Knowledge of inventory or supply chain processes within the medical device industry is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail is required. 
• Available immediately and able to commit to a 12 month assignment.
