About the opportunity:

This role is crucial to supporting the production team by managing and processing work orders using MS Dynamics. You will help ensure accurate inventory management, troubleshoot system issues, and maintain smooth production workflows.



Duties:

• Process work orders and manage Bill of Materials (BOMs).
• Investigate and resolve system and inventory discrepancies.
• Conduct physical inventory checks and update the system.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure accurate work orders.
• Data analysis and reporting. 

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment is essential. 
• SAP or MS Dynamics experience is a must have.
• Experience working within a highly regulated industry would be beneficial. 
• Must be systems and data savvy, able to identify and resolve discrepancies. 
• Strong inventory management and BOM knowledge.
• Effective communication with vendors and stakeholders.
• Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
• Available immediately and willing to commit to a temporary assignment.
