The Material planner/Inventory Controller will be responsible for liaising with vendors for materials as well as inputting data into SAP regarding orders and goods.
Duties
- Preparation of data, collation and completion of Material creation documentation/compliance forms
- Co-ordination with other team members to collect required technical information to ensure materials have all necessary data for creation within internal systems such as SAP
- Co-ordination and follow up of vendors for inbound material requirements and deliveries into site and 3PL warehouse
- Analysing inventory requirements, to confirm and maintain inventory requirements
- Review and creation of material planning data in SAP
- Write/amend SOPs, work instructions and other documents
- Follow procedures and work instructions
Skills and Experience
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry essential
- Previous Inventory management / Coordinator and or planning experience required
- Strong experience with SAP
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Car and licence are required for this position
