About the Opportunity
Due to an increased workload on a key project, we are seeking a Material Planner / Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory requirements, liaise with vendors, and ensure seamless material planning and control.
Duties
- Collaborate with team members to gather technical data for SAP material setup
- Liaise with vendors to track inbound material requirements and coordinate deliveries to the site and 3PL warehouse
- Review, update, and maintain material planning data in SAP
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry experience is essential. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Proven experience in inventory management, coordination, or planning
- Proficiency in Excel
- Pharmaceutical industry experience – essential
- Bachelor’s degree preferred – extensive experience in inventory control/planning required if no degree
