cornerstone in providing the level of service that the clinic is proud of and their talents be an important part of their practice.
Job Requirements
This position offers front line support for a team of Specialists Doctors
The role exists to provide:
• Efficient and effective front line administrative and reception support to the clinic
• Exceptional, caring and intuitive customer service to patients, internal and external stakeholders
• Quality clerical administration support
This position will also have the following responsibilities and expectations:
• To be part of a holistic cardiology team and play an important role in the delivery of excellent patient care
• To build and maintain professional and supportive relationships with the internal team, patients and
external stakeholders
• To ensure the office space and consulting rooms are cleaned and maintained to branding standards
• Ensure patients feel guided and informed regarding any of administrative component of their journey
• Maintain a professional reception service
• Respond to patient administrative enquiries in a timely manner
• Book and monitor clinic appointments with the insight to manage strict time lines and competing
demands in a dynamic environment
• Create, maintain and track patient records
• Collect and record clinical data
• Order stock and supplies
• Scanning and filing
• Print forms and patient information
• Billing and Cash handling

- Days on offer Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday 800am -4pm and 800am to 1pm/3pm (Sat)

Requirements
- Experience working in a medical admin capacity
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Be available to work Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
