A family-run specialist practice is seeking a dedicated patient service officer/ medical Administrator to join the team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic and delivering exceptional customer service to patients and referring doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality clerical and medical administration front line support.
Serve as the face to this medical specialist clinic
Efficiently manage front-line administrative and reception support.
Build and maintain professional and supportive relationships with patients, internal, and external stakeholders.
Maintain high standards in all points of contact with the practice.
Maintain the cleanliness and branding standards of the office space and consulting rooms.
Ensure patients feel well-informed regarding administrative aspects of their care
You will use medical software system called Genie
Coordinate and manage patient bookings
strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
Maintain accurate records.
Knowledge of Medicare billing processes.
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
Friendly and service-oriented attitude.
