About the opportunity


We are seeking a dedicated Medical Science Liaison to join this team. As a Senior Medical Science Liaison, you will be responsible for executing the medical strategy where you will be a trusted advisor for scientific exchange with KOLs and gather medical insights from the field to deliver medical/scientific learning solutions to internal stakeholders for the Oncology portfolio.

Duties

  • Maintain and communicate deep scientific knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
  • Engage in continuous learning to remain at the forefront of technical expertise within the Oncology therapeutic area
  • Establish yourself as a trusted resource of unbiased, accurate, up-to-date medical and scientific knowledge
  • Identify potential collaborative research or external collaborations
  • Contribute to medical planning and strategy within the organization
  • Demonstrate strategic analysis, planning, and prioritization to maximize efficiency within your territory

Skills and Experience

  • Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, MD, PhD in a medically related field)
  • 2-3 years of MSL experience within Oncology
  • Ability to travel up to 80%
  • Strong intellectual curiosity about the scientific field you represent
  • Learning agility to comprehend and communicate complex scientific content clearly and concisely
  • Self-directed with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently
  • Effective strategic and critical thinking skills for analyzing, assessing, and evaluating information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including high emotional intelligence and relationship-building capabilities
