About the Opportunity
Newly created Pricing, Reimbursements, and Access Operations Manager, where you'll play a vital role in addressing the challenges of patient access to medicines in Australia's evolving healthcare landscape. In this position, you'll lead strategic initiatives, manage key projects, and develop Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access capabilities. Your impact will extend to resolving data gaps, and shaping private payer engagement. If you're a strategic thinker passionate about improving healthcare access, this role offers a unique opportunity to influence change and make a profound difference.
This is a hybrid opportunity with the flexibility to work from home and the office.
 
Duties
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for affordable patient access.
  • Lead key projects to understand future payer needs.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive capability-building plan.
  • Prioritize projects to bridge data and evidence gaps.
  • Collaborate to design and implement alternative access programs.
  • Assess and enhance business processes and capabilities.
  • Provide market insights on emerging trends.
  • Advise brand teams on access opportunities and challenges.
  • Effectively manage complex projects
  • Communicate well-researched recommendations.
  • Stay updated on market and healthcare system changes
 
 
Skills and Experience
  • Proven strategic planning expertise in healthcare access or pharmaceuticals.
  • Effective project leadership capabilities & Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously
  • In-depth knowledge of the Australian healthcare industry.
  • Previous experience in market access, payer engagement, or access strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience addressing data and evidence gaps.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Patient-centric mindset.
  • Proactive and self-driven.
