Join a friendly, positive, collaborative Finance team. You will be responsible for the timely processing of all payroll functions for all facilities. Manage all payroll queries and train new employees on the rostering system. Keep up to date and interpret enterprise agreements, national employment standards and wage calculations.

Manage all payroll queries and train new employees on the rostering system. Keep up to date and interpret enterprise agreements, national employment standards and wage calculations.
Responsibilities
- Process fortnightly payroll for all facilities in a timely manner
- Generate month end reports to close off payroll
- Reconciliation, Lodgement and Payment of monthly and annual Payroll Tax
- Annual reconciliation and production of Digital Group Certificates
- Calculation and submission of PIAWE
- Annual completion of Workers Compensation Declaration
- Annual calculation of Estimated Wages for Workers Compensation Premium
- Preparation of annual wage budgets
- Work Collaboratively with Facility Management Teams
- 5+ years end to end payroll processing experience
- Proficient with rostering system and Microsoft Office suite
- Previous experience working in an Aged Care setting preferred
- A "can-do" attitude & ability to work autonomously
- Current National Police Check (Aged Care)
- A current Class C licence
