This privately owned, non corporate medical specialist clinic has a vacancy for a motivated Practice Manager seeking a rewarding career with a growing healthcare organisation. The vacancy is available for a practice manager that is looking to work 3-4 days per week. You will be taking a leadership clinic tht embraces technology.  The healthcare provider is committed to delivering patient-centered, high-quality care. Practice Manager (Permanent Part-Time, up to 4 days/week)


About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you will oversee the clinic’s daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, a seamless patient journey, and adherence to industry standards. This pivotal role will see you working closely with clinical, administrative, and marketing teams to support the success of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Ensure seamless clinic operations, including accreditation upkeep and insurance management. (Work with the other practice manager) 
  • Financial Oversight: Authorise release of payment for payroll, manage invoices, and oversee reconciliation systems. 
  • Staff Leadership: Manage, train, and induct clinical and administrative staff.
  • Process Improvement: Audit and review processes to ensure efficiency and continuous development.
  • Sales and Marketing: Oversee sales processes for both individual and corporate clients, and liaise with the marketing team.
  • Patient Journey: Manage all aspects of the patient experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Partnership Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with partnered businesses to ensure smooth collaboration.
  • Systems Management: Maintain and update multiple booking systems and Genie 
  • Resource Management: Oversee stock ordering and inventory processes.
  • Team Support: Provide assistance to administrative staff as needed

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar Practice Manager or clinic management role.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and inspire diverse teams.
  • A keen eye for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in using practice management software and digital tools.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to enhance the patient journey.
