About the Role 

The clinic is seeking an exceptional Clinical Manager / Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive business growth, and ensure six-star service standards across our premium specialist practice.
You’ll be the key operational leader — the safe pair of hands — that ensures everything runs smoothly while also building lasting relationships with executives, patients, and referral networks.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations
• Liaise with C-level stakeholders, external partners, and referrers
• Lead and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
• Drive business development and referral generation strategies
• Manage financial performance, including payroll, invoicing, and budgeting
• Maintain compliance and accreditation requirements
• Ensure exceptional patient journeys and six-star service delivery
• Oversee systems and platforms including Genie, Bright HR, Practice Hub, Hot doc, Trello, Loomly

Requirements 

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager, Clinical Manager, or Business Manager in health care
• Strong commercial acumen and a strategic growth mindset
• High-level communication and executive presence
• A calm, polished leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing staff, operational systems, and patient service excellence
• Ability to build and maintain referral networks
• Proficiency in clinic systems and work flow optimisation
