About the opportunity
This role is responsible for handling, investigating, and reporting product complaints to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for patient safety.
 
Duties
  • Manage and document product complaints in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assess complaints for potential quality and safety concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to healthcare professionals and consumers regarding product-related inquiries.
  • Maintain compliance with local and global regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the complaints management process.
 
Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance, or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and reporting requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
