About the opportunity
As the Quality Compliance coordinator, you will be onsite daily to ensure all quality and safety standards are upheld throughout the organization. Your responsibilities include training staff, coordinating, and conducting audits, reporting findings, and implementing improvements to enhance the overall quality and safety systems and processes. This role requires dedication, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effective communication with various stakeholders both within and outside the business.


Duties
  • Leading and organizing internal audit schedules with key stakeholders.
  • Remaining consistently informed about updates or modifications to industry standards and regulations.
  • Liaising with and consulting internal stakeholders regarding deadlines or issues related to the QMS.
  • Raising non-conformances, customer complaints, investigations, and reports to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Supporting the Quality manager when required.
  • Performing on-site floor audit inspections to ensure compliance with safe work practices.
  • Investigating and rectifying safety issues by implementing new procedures.
  • Maintain records and reports of quality and safety performances to present in management meetings.
  • Oversee training programs for both new employees and ongoing staff compliance.

Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications and certifications in quality or safety management.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or safety management preferably within healthcare.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, TGA, NSW, and ISO regulations.
  • Problem solving skills, agility, and task prioritization.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with public speaking experience.
  • Travel interstate required maximum 3 times per year.
