About the Opportunity
As the Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing the Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and GWP standards. Reporting to senior management, you will collaborate with stakeholders across warehouses to improve quality systems and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting client partnerships, and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.
Duties
• Manage the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct internal and external audits, ensuring compliance.
• Oversee customer complaint, CAPA, and change management systems.
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and implement LEAN principles.
• Provide training and mentoring to operational staff on quality processes.
Skills and Experience
• Experience in GWP or GMP-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of warehousing and quality systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office.
