About the opportunity
As the Quality Systems Associate, you will join the Quality Systems and Compliance team under the supervision of the Head of Commercial Quality. Your main duty is to ensure compliance with current regulatory standards in AU and NZ. This involves maintaining Quality systems, managing supplier qualifications, and conducting self-inspections. The role requires, strong attention to detail, adeptness in task prioritization, familiarity with quality and IT systems, as well as exceptional organizational and communication skills.


Duties
  • Managing local 3PL supplier lifecycle management.
  • Overseeing supplier selection, evaluation, qualification, and maintenance of QA agreements.
  • Performing supplier audits and reassessments supplier issues or terminations.
  • Maintaining SOPs, quality agreements, and supplier management.
  • Investigating deviations and implementing CAPAs and change controls.
  • Analysing and trending data and suggesting improvements where applicable.
  • Deliver and develop training within the QA team and across the organization.
  • Supporting with internal audits.

Skills and Experience
  • Post-secondary qualification in a Science related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of commercial quality experience within the pharmaceutical or medical devices industries.
  • Strong understanding of cGMP, TGA, NSW, and ISO regulations.
  • Experience with GoTrack, SAP, Trackwise or similar systems, and great computer skills.
  • Great organization skills, solution driven mentality, and collaboration cross-functionally.
