About the Opportunity
As the Real World Evidence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between data and actionable insights in healthcare. This position involves project management, data analytics, and strategic thinking to drive the development and execution of RWE projects from inception to delivery.
Duties
Project Management: Oversee RWE projects from kick-off to delivery, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Strategic Analysis: Analyze market needs to refine RWE offerings, engaging with the Business Development team and clients for feedback.
Data Analysis and Protocol Writing: Dive deep into datasets, performing statistical analyses and writing protocols for feasibility studies.
Feasibility Assessments: Evaluate inclusion/exclusion criteria, sample sizes, and proposed analyses.
Client Engagement: Work closely with pharmaceutical companies, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 2 years' experience in pharmaceuticals or consultancy with a focus on real-world evidence.
Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary projects
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Python, and statistical analyses.
Familiarity with epidemiology, economic modeling, and real-world data analytics.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Understanding of publication strategies and experience in planning publications.
