Duties
- Call corporate customers
- Prepare sales Quotations and reports
- Develop and sustain relationships with key clients
- Liaise with suppliers
- Handle client complaints, concerns and feedback
- Manage corporate portfolios
- Ad hoc tasks as directed by Head of Corporate Accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills
- Good ability to analyse financial information
- Sales or retail experience would be beneficial
