The Vacancy
The Private Hospital is seeking a skilled and passionate Theatre Nurse to join a small and friendly team. The Theatre Nurse will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of surgical equipment and supplies
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with their transfer to and from the operating room
- Provide post-operative care to patients in the recovery room
- Work collaboratively with other health care professionals to ensure the highest standard of care
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a theatre setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work across different speciality
- Passion for delivering high-quality patient care
