About the opportunity
In this role, you will be instrumental in providing administrative support to the Executive team, ensuring smooth operations. Key responsibilities include managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, arranging travel, and overseeing administrative tasks. You will also liaise with senior leadership and support staff, playing a vital role in facilitating communication and event management. This role is essential to the effectiveness and efficiency of the executive team and will have a direct impact on the organisation’s service delivery.

Duties
• Diary management, scheduling meetings, and travel arrangements
• Processing expenses and credit card reconciliations
• Lead and coordinate administration activities
• Support event management and project tasks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership

Skills and Experience
• Detail-oriented with strong confidentiality handling
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Executive assistant experience or similar (2+ years)
