About the opportunity...
Our client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Finance Analyst to join their team in Macquarie Park, NSW. This role involves acting as a financial partner and controller for ANZ, working closely with the Country Manager to drive growth in both topline and bottom line, ensuring sustainable business growth.

What you'll be doing...
  • Lead sales forecasting, highlighting key growth drivers and trends
  • Prepare and present sales reports, revenue dashboards, and key indicators to management
  • Conduct in-depth financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the ANZ commercial division
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and support annual territory planning
  • Perform incentive accrual and payment calculations
  • Develop business cases for market expansions and product launches
  • Coordinate effectively with cross-divisional and cross-functional teams
What you need...
  • CPA/CA qualification or working towards
  • Minimum 8-10 years of finance experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and data-cube systems (e.g., Hyperion, Dodeca)
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and leading projects
  • Ability to travel approximately 5%, including internationally
