Duties
- Schedule and coordinate field service engineers using the system.
- Provide technical support to the engineering team.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and inventory.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a similar, scheduling or coordinating engineers.
- Experience in the medical device or similar industries would be highly advantageous.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experienced in coordinating inventory, spare parts and invoicing.
- Proficient in systems such as or similar to Agility and M3.
- Excellent numerical skills and high accuracy.
