The Position
As a general sonographer, you will be working in a private practice setting, performing a wide range of ultrasound examinations including:
- General ultrasound
- Small parts
- Vascular
- MSK
- Pregnancy and Obstetric scans
- Work closely with local referrers and health professionals and manage a patient list independently.
- ASAR registered (mandatory)
- CPR certified (preferred)
- Confident in working independently and managing a daily caseload
- Able to prioritise urgent referrals where needed
- Experienced in working collaboratively with doctors and allied health teams
- Comfortable supporting and training junior sonographers (as needed)
- Friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to delivering high-quality care
