About the opportunity
 
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for cleaning up around the warehouse, creating organisation, sorting out medical instrument trays, assist with picking, packing and preparing medical loan kits. As a Senior Loan Kit technician you will be leading, guiding and providing support for the team and potentially help with on-call or overtime on weekends.
 
Duties

• Receiving and checking stock
• Picking, packing, and preparing medical kits for dispatch
• Tracking & processing loan kits using SAP
• Ensure instrument trays are organised.
• Inventory control and stock taking
• Assemble, maintain and repair instruments to good working order
• Maintain good safety measures within work environment
• General warehouse duties
• Leading and mentoring team, providing experienced support
• Providing on-call or overtime relief

 
Skills and Experience

• Warehousing or Loan Kit Experience within the medical device industry is essential
• SAP Experience preferred & WMS welcomed (Oracle and so forth)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication skills and collaboration
• Ability to commit to a permanent opportunity and grow with the company
• Quick learner with a can do attitude
• Able to work in a fast paced and pressured environment
• Experience leading teams or providing supervision support
