About the Opportunity
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will manage and maintain top-tier customer and patient support. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is critical to ensuring the highest level of customer service and support, directly impacting patient well-being.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer and technical support
- Process warranty replacement orders and maintain CRM records
- Liaise with private health insurers and logistics
- Assist with staff training regarding technical aspects of products
- Handle inbound and outbound patient enquiries, adverse event notifications and complaints
- Support after-hours escalation coverage
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Biomedical or related field – graduates looking to build a career welcome to apply
- Customer Service call centre experience – medical device or biotechnology advantageous
- Experience providing technical support and troubleshooting over the phone
- Passionate about products and problem-solving issues
- Empathetic interpersonal skills
- SAP knowledge desirable
