About the Opportunity...
The company is seeking a Technology Administrator who will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Technology department and offer basic technical support to all stakeholders. This role is integral to ensuring smooth operations within the department and involves managing various administrative tasks, as well as providing first-level technical assistance to staff.
What You Will Be Doing...
Act as the first point of contact for all internal stakeholders on technology-related matters, ensuring excellent service is provided.
Support the CTO in running the Technology Department and providing regular reports on key metrics.
Serve as the liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party tech providers to resolve any issues.
Assist the HR team with onboarding and offboarding staff and contractors.
Maintain and update technology-related documentation and manuals.
Coordinate and execute projects, including preparing project reports, documentation, and presentations.
Keep the company’s Asset Register up to date.
Ensure compliance with relevant technology policies and regulations.
Support the CTO with data backups and recovery processes.
Manage Cyber Security training and ensuring compliance across the organization.
What You'll Need...
Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
1+ years' experience in a similar role.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft suite products and Windows operating systems.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
A strong commitment to providing the highest level of service and user experience to both external and internal stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
A quick learner with a willingness to adapt and learn.
