About the company
Our client is an industry-leading hospital and medical devices manufacturer and supplier. They have a strong presence in Australia and are renowned for their premium quality products.

About the opportunity

Reporting into the State Sales Manager, as the Business Development Manager you will be liasing with a diverse customer group, promoting a consumable and custom pack portfolio, and managing a defined VIC territory

Duties:

  • Provide exceptional support to a diverse group of customers in Private, Public and Independent Hospitals.
  • Identify opportunities and build relationships with customers.
  • Increase sales of consumables products through Tender / Contract compliance.
  • Manage territory budgets & plan effective cycles to achieve sales budgets.
  • Undertake training activities, for products & services.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date with competitor products.
Skills and Experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in nursing, science, business, or related degree (essential)
  • Comfortable in theatre setting, have worked with Surgeons
  • Consumable sales +/or Devices sales
  • Ideally have established relationships within the hospital setting
  • Highly motivated and driven to identify new business opportunities.
